The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G was launched in October 2024 alongside the Samsung A26. Pre-orders began on October 07, 2024, and the devices were made available on November, 2024. It landed in Kenya in November 2024.  Samsung Galaxy A16 is available at Axelrod Phones at Ksh.20,500  for the 128GB + 4GB RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is a solid mid-range smartphone with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 50MP main camera, and 5G support. It features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 6.5 years of software updates, and 25W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy M16 5G has a triple rear main camera setup of 50MP+5MP+2MP. At the front, it features a 13MP (wide) selfie camera. The Front is made of glass, and the body and back are plastic. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging out of the box.

Design

The Samsung Galaxy A16 features a modern design with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display. It has a plastic frame with rounded corners and a triple vertical camera setup on the back. The raised button island on the right side houses the power button and fingerprint sensor. The design is sleek, lightweight, and offers a comfortable grip.
